NIOS Secondary (Class - X ) Syllabus




  • Code     Subjects 
  • Group : "A"
    • 201 - Hindi
    • 202 - English 
    • 203 - Bengali
    • 204 - Marathi
    • 205 - Telugu
    • 206 - Urdu
    • 207 - Gujrati
    • 208 - Kannada
    • 209 - Sanskrit
    • 210 - Punjabi
    • 228 - Assamese
    • 231 - Nepali
    • 232 - Malyalam
    • 233 - Oriya
    • 235 - Arabic
    • 236 - Persian
    • 237 - Tamil
  • Group : "B" 
  • Minimum Five (5) subjects and maximum Seven (7) Subjects to be chosen.
  • Combination : A - 1 subject from Group "A" and 4 subjects from Group "B".
  • Combination : B - 2 subjects from Group "A" and 3 subjects from Group "B".
  • Two (2) additional subjects can be taken from either o the two groups.
  • Subject with Asterisk (*) have theory and practical work.
