Documents for admission in NIOS

For class 10 / Secondary :

• Class VIII transfer certificate
• Birth Certificate 
• Passport size color photograph
• Address proof

For class 12 / Senior Secondary :

• Class 10 admit card & mark-sheet
• Passport size color photograph
• Address proof 

For class 10 / Secondary & 12 / Senior Secondary (Stream I Block II) for October Exam:

• Candidate who appeared in the exam in the month of March / April of the same year.
• Candidate appeared but couldn't succeed.
• Eligible candidate could not appear in the exam.
• Original admit card / mark sheet has to be submitted.
• Passport size color photograph.
• Address proof.

Note :

• All documents must be provided in two sets.
• Color passport photo with name in the reverse side should be written.
• Filled form must be signed by the candidate and by the guardian.
