  • Common subject for Petrol and Diesel engine.

  • Injection timing & CRDI
  • Emission control system for Petrol & Diesel Engine
  • Bi-fuel & Alternative fuel
 2. Module - B : Transmission and control system :
  • Transmission layout
  • Clutch system
  • Gear box
  • Propeller shaft
  • Final Drive and differential
  • Axles (Live & Dead)
  • Steering system
  • Brake system

3. Module - C : Electric & Electronic system :
  • Basic Electricity and Electronics.
  • Battery.
  • Electricity Generation.
  • Ignition System.
  • Electronics control fuel injection system.

  • Starting system.
  • Lighting horn, gauges and switches air conditioning system.

4. Module - D : Automobile body denting, painting, and frame alignment :
  • Denting
  • Surface preparation

5. Module - E : Two & three wheeler technology:
  • Basic concepts and fundamentals regarding 2/3 wheeler engine.
  • Order and sequence of engine overhauling and fitment of 4 stroke single cylinder diesel and petrol engine.
  • Valve timing.
  • Carburetion and concept of SPFI and PGFI.
  • Wiring color code , layout, charging circuit , lighting and horn circuit , Magneto Ignition, CDI with timing checking.
  • Overhauling and adjustment of transmission system.
  • Purpose, function and overhauling of front shock absorber of 2- wheeler.
  • Wheel bearing, brake shoe and chain adjustment along with their free play of 2/3 wheeler.
  • Latest emission control system adapted to 2/3 wheeler  and their working principle.
  • Bi-fuel system lay out and familiarization of 3-wheeler.
Practicals :
  • Dismantling, overhauling, checking and assembling the engine with value timing.
  • Carburetor setting, timing and adjustment of SPFI & PGFI.
  • Displaying of harness to the vehicle. Checking and carrying out ignition timing, charging, horn and lighting circuit. Maintenance and battery.
  • Overhauling, checking, adjustment of transmission system with clutch free play.
  • Removing changing the fluid and oil seal and adjustment of front shocker 2-wheeler
  • Greasing and adjusting of wheel bearing. Checking and adjusting brake shoe.
  • Checking and tightening of chair.
  • Layout of emission control system and finding the fault of different censors and actuator.
  • Familiarization with layout of bi-fuel system and their working.
